Our Range of Products

At Williams and Bunkell Fishmongers, we sell a wide range of fresh fish and shellfish. Where possible, our fish is ethically sourced and line-caught from small independent fishing boats. We do not believe in, nor do we support, the mass trawling of our seas.

We sell a huge variety of products, including homemade patés, dressed salmon and bespoke seafood platters.

Come and try our delicious range of mayonnaises and sauces; a perfect accompaniment to any seafood. We sell jars of different flavoured mayonnaise (classic, lemon, dill and a selection of Thomy mayonnaises) and sauces including hollondaise, tartare, marie rose and horseradish. We also have delicious Fisherman Jack’s fish soups, fish stock, coconut milk, teriyaki, soy sauce, squeezy lemon and lime, and sea salt. We also sell gift vouchers, the perfect present for a fish lover.

If you can’t see a particular product, please get in touch and we will do our best to source it for you. It’s worth remembering that fish and shellfish are seasonal, and some varieties won’t be available all year round. See our seasonal fish page for more information.

Our skilled fishmongers are passionate about fish. If you have any questions at all, no matter how silly they seem, they will be more than happy to help you. They will advise you how to cook and prepare your fish, and which cuts would work best for your recipe.

Did you know it’s recommended that a healthy diet should include at least two portions of fish per week? Try to incorporate an oily fish into that as well, ie: mackerel, salmon or herring. NHS Choices has lots of useful information, including advice for pregnant women.
