Home smoked salmon
Have you tried our smoked salmon yet? Our multi-award winning product has achieved Great Taste stars 3 times – in 2014, 2016 and 2018! In Great Taste terms, to win a star for a product means that it is ‘simply delicious’ and that it differentiates a product from the norm. Products are judged by a minimum of 10 palates.
Here’s what sets our smoked salmon apart from the rest:
- We smoke and hand slice it ourselves.
- We use the finest quality Shetland salmon from small independent farms.
- We dry cure it for 24 hours before smoking it over pure oak for 18 hours.
